Never received such a low quality product from any online sites so far. The hardware buttons are so loose and soft.

NO MEMORY CARD SLOT, NOT USER REPLACEBLE BATTERY, MICRO SIM, DISPLY NOT GOOD WHEN COMPARE WITH REDMI NOTE. ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS NOT BEEN MENTIONED BY FLIPKART AS WELL AS REDMI.

I ordered the phone on the first sale.
The delivery was prompt.
The phone had a terrible heating and radiation was beyond SAR approved.
I couldnt use the phone as my ears were aching within 60 seconds of using.
I called the customer care,they said it is normal with smart phones.
I explained them that I will not be able to use the phone.A replacement of phone was accepted,and duly replaced within 2 days.

Phone look and UI is good.
But due to more heat, not able to hold in hand more than 15 min of continuous usage.
And most afraid about SAR value - 1.36 seems too high.

Look and feel is fantastic. Screen resolution is also very good. The big issue is heat. I have used this phone for 2 days and I feel my ears are burning

Really wanted to own this product after owning Redmi 1s ... But very disappointing after using the product... The gets heated up like an oven after using for 10 - 15 mins of talking , 5 mins video playing and 5 - 10 mins of internet usage. I feel being duped by a cheap chinese product. Although the camera is really good , but overall the product is not very satisfactory.

I read a review by a user saying that 'while playing video or charging the phone was giving a burning smell' and there were comments by some saying that the phone heats up till 54 degrees celcius
after using the phone myself now i believe that those comments were either by people who didn't actually buy the phone or they may be jealous iphone/Samsung users or people who are not happy with success of xiaomi in India

Here I'm writing the review, I've been using the phone from last 2 weeks.
I have updated the MIUI V.6 and it's really smooth.
Coming to the heating issue, I have not noticed any issue even while charging and even while running apps.

I feel that the people who's facing heating issues, try to update S/W to V.6 and see.
Battery is draining a lil faster than expected.
Camera is awesome..! Sony Exmor lense does it.
