I am using this phone from last 10 days. The phone have problems like:

1. Over heating while playing games (Temp. goes upto 43 deg cel)
2. Over heating while charging
3. Rear camera picture quality is equivalent to 5 MP camera of Samsung
4. No customer or after sale support

Requested for replacement or for support but request denied.

Suggestion: Never ever buy the products on line specially from Flipkart

I got delivery within 18 hours which was such a fast delivery by Flipkart. Everyone know about specs of this phone so i will cover experience with this phone switching from Moto G -

1. There is no heating issue while browsing, multitasking, camera shooting, downloading. I am not a game lover so didn't install any games

2. It looks premium in hand and display quality is awesome
3. Colour reproduction in camera app is accurate and treat for selfie lovers

4. MIUI is giving lots of options...

Awesome fone, no words for it.
No heating issue at all.
Gorgeous screen, try a 4k video on it and u'll fall in love with it.
Very good camera.
Battery gives juice for 2 days normal use.
The best device i've seen so far . . Hats off Xiaomi

1 ) THOUGHT THE PHONE IS HAVING 3 GB RAM, BUT SPEED IS VERY SLOW.......
2 ) IT TAKES AT LEAST 10 - 15 SECONDS TO DAIL A NUMBER
3 ) IT GETS VERY HEATED ..... BY CHECK THE BATTERY TEMP. IT IS AVERAGE BETWEEN 40 TO 48 DEGREE...........
4 ) IT HANGOUT SOME TIME............
5 ) SOMETIMES IT DISPLAYS ONLY ON QUARTER SCREEN ............ REST IS BLACK OUT

this phone around 20k but the configuration are over 30k this brand can smash samsung and sony in india, samsung user cannot comment this brand because that phone copying from iphone so

1) Battery Life:

This will not only increase your battery life, but make sure that the natural decline in battery life over the months is mitigated. Although I agree with many people that theoretically this problem should be absent with Li. Batteries, but from a practical standpoint it does matter.

Nice phone guys,but too hot to handle ...yup its getting hot around games and on 15 min of talking.I personally experienced low hearing in the phone.Had loved to get a mi4 for long time but disappointing.it hurts..

I had a Mi3 before buying this phone, Mi3 was a good phone and i was expecting same value for money out of mi4, but this is not the case. All the people who compare this phone to an iPhone 5s,6 or HTC one, Sony Xperia Z series and high end Samsung phones and call it better are highly mistaken and most probably have never used or even held a high end phone in their hand.
All the websites with reviews proclaiming it to be a flagship level device are either paid for or the reviewers are out of ...

Working as efffectively and smoothly as the hype of the phone. Very good gaming experience.

Drawbacks: Internal memory, Not the whole body is of metal. There is only the metal rim around like iphone.

In this price range, this is undoubtedly damn good phone.

it can not open Gmail attachment on 3G network and can not download whats app images.
Suppoert team does not know how to support this issue
