Purchased today and found that touchscreen not working. Called amazon customer care and executive asked me to wait for 2 days for technician to visit. Technician will certify the decent after 2 days and replacement will take another 2 days. So in total it will take 7 days for replacement. Do not buy this product again. Don’t be fooled. Buy from store rather than amazon.

It's the 4th day and I m writing my review.Do not go with the price, this is no way a 8000 mobile.It seriously lags in performance.1st time I saw a phone which hangs even when it's own setting is open.Within 3rd day the sensors are gone.The Amazon technician are making a mockery by repeatedly speaking the same sentence again and again.No help is provided, no replacement made.A total loss of money😭

Front 8 mp shooter is decent and does it job well. Portrait mode in both the modes.Screen : 720p screen and is quite bright with full screen notched mode looks rich.colours are vibrant but a bit over-saturated.Cons:Storage: out of 32gb you get 21.5 gb approximately free out of the box which is less in my views.Bloatware: Mi's pre-installed apps are there and they are a lot.though you can uninstall them later.MiUi: i personally feel that it hampers the speed of the phone due to customization. no offense.Overall the Phone is Best buy in this budget segment with great battery life and Great Performance as well.camera samples are included.
