Very poor and unexpected service from reputed e commerce sites like flipkart.

Nice product working well

First the mobile cannot work properly the lock button cannot at after three days I am ask to the Flipkart to replace the cannot respond my problem.Now mobile is working my advice is please react immediately every problem

nyc mobile..great performance & battery backup....no lag...no heating issue...good camera quality... fingerprint sensor is quick...l m totally happy with this product....

Writing this review after using Note 4 for 10 days....facing so many issues like
1.while video calling ,picture quality is very very bad.
2.toch is not working while charging
3.phone brightness is very low
......and so many small issues....:(

Dear MI,
It is for you information that i m using your phone last 10 days and observe the following issue.
1. It takes 5 to 6 Hour to charge 100%
2. Voice quality is very bad always signal break at the time of calling.
3. Screen pixel is too bad with your commitment i.e 401ppi my asus zenfone 2 laser has only 267 ppi but this is better than your​ 401 ppi
4. At the time of charging its gonna heat up like iron, you can boil water with this phone

Let's make it short,
* Ofcourse battery is the main highlight of this device. U will get 1 day to 1.5 days battery with normal to heavy usage.
* Screen quality is good enough, no problems in indoor and outdoor. As we already seen in other Redmi devices.
* No over heating issues. It might get worm with usage. And that's completely normal.
* Sound is bit avg I would say on speakers. Quality is avg too.
* With headfones u will get louder and much better quality, no problems there.
* Camera works...

Received the phone today. I am facing a major problem in this phone. I added fingerprint as well as secured pattern. I was able to unlock it. After sometime when I tried, it is not getting unlocked. If the Fingerprint matches, it is asking for unlock pattern and it shows invalid pattern even if I try the correct one.

I tried for reset the phone but when I press volume up and power button it is saying to connect the charger. But it has full charge.

Phone is stuck at 47% charging.

Battery drains out quickly.

All these issues after miui update.
