This mobile is very good but Google play store does not work show no internet connection error from purchasing date.I complaint in Micromax authorized store for software upgradation before 6 months but till did not response from company.Google play store does not work till the date.Mobile is on Android system and application download from Google play store and it does not work.How can I download and use any necessary application? It is the biggest problem.I can not do nothing without calling.

A Great Phone If the Software is Optimise 2.0 stars
Yu is a sub brand of Micromax but Micromax did not take care of it. This a great value for money phone if the software is optimised properly,but the software (Android version 6.0 in 2018) is the wrost part of it,even play store is not working in it.
But the I give a big thanks to Flipkart for taking the handset back and refund my money.

Could not open play store.... No application can not be updated... yu 2...company customer care means micromax customer care have not any answer about their product..they can't say how many days they will take for problems of Google play store... Its veri ridiculous to me... Like flipcart shopping site... why they are selling this type of defective mobile phone... Don't buy this phone
