I bought this mobile 2 days ago and the following are my experiences using this mobile till date,

Pros:
1. Very sleek,handy and beautiful mobile.
2. Charging time is faster.
3. Browsing is faster

Cons:
1. Not all the cores are being used. So far i could see only 4 core working.
2. Mobile gets heated up very soon while playing games(Played asphalt8 for only 3
min and mobile got heated up). So stopped playing games.
3. Camera clarity is not that good.
4. Being octa core mobile still there...

I have ordered the phone on 3rd afternoon and received on 4th morning before 10.
Packing was good.

Phone is very slim and light. Has a premium look. Screen resolution is very good. Camera quality is very good compared to the price range it is in. Voice quality was also good. No problem with 3g or connectivity. I am not much into gaming. But tried Asphalt and demo version of Fifa. There was no lag and on screen the colours looked very vivid. I am using this phone since last 1 day. It has caused no problems what so ever. I was extremely pessimistic before buying it and specially after seeing the price tag. Trust me it was worth the risk. Haven't been dissapointed.

First and foremost would like to add is that the delivery experience from Flipkart was awesome. Delivered on time as stated. Received the phone yesterday evening. Its been since 24 hours that i have been using the phone. Review about the phone is as follows.

Review not comparing with other phones in any manner, purely based on Value for Money and other factors.

Got it today. So far very satisfied with it

Pros:
1. 2 GB RAM : ran in parallel facebook sync, skype video call, gmail sync, sms data backup , with 2 game windows paused and minimized. Still had 600 MB of free ram and no issues with applications hanging/not responding
2. Boomband : One nice feature is that if you leave the phone somewhere and walk away, the boomband vibrates and blinks as soon as it goes out of bluetooth range. So as long as you are wearing the boomband, you are unlikely to ...

Recieved on 04/06/14....First Impression Overall good. But had probs with applications. Facebook aap crashed in 2 mins.. was planning to return if these probs are not resolved....

need expandable memory option. 16gb is definitely not enough when u install some high end games and have music/video or any other media files in our phone. huawei honor 3c has similar kind of specs but with a bit less processor speed, and it has external sd card slot in it. alcatel should also add external sdcard slot in their phones and release it in indian market.

rest of the specs definitely looks gr8 at this price.

Today i received the phone, from last 4 hrs im using this phone, So far no issues except the battery life as i observed that within an hour it dip down to exatly 80% to from 100%. I used camera, Video recording, playing some little game for a while, it may be becouse of the octacore which deliberatly consumes the battery, Still need to be used more for more..
Other than battery i dont experienced any issues so far..
Obiviusly Screen is awesome and the style and design... highly handy.

First uo ...flipkart is the best online shopping portal ...i ordered on the 3rd and the product was delivered on the 4th morning....without paying the extra Rs.90

All specs as expected are living up to the numbers ...the finish is very cool ...the display is like never seen before ...its a class apart... got the boom band and the JBL headphones .... headphones are neat ... havent tried the boom band ...

this phone's processor manufactured by mediatek while moto g's from qualcomm snapdragon....so why it is not that much expensive, if compare with 2Ghz true octa core with 1.2Ghz quadcore ?
