how many kidney for this phone
I sold my one kidney to buy two Macbook last year, the other one to buy iPhone 7 last year. This year i sold one eye to get the extended warranty for both macbook and the other one to get iPhone XS.

There is only one slot that is for nano sim and other is “E-SIM”. For e-sim It depends on which service providers number you are using. Currently in india only airtel and jio are supporting e-sim.

How we will get esim from jio or Airtel?
Go to their respective stores and ask for esim if they are providing esims they will just scan the qr code on esim or they will do it manually by software

If I have Airtel existing number. Can I activate e-sim on it. Or should I have to take new number for e- sim?
Yes you can activate your esim with an existing Airtel number. However Airtel hasn't started the esim feature as of now and is expected soon as per the latest info I received.

No. It has capability of one physical sim & another as virtual.

difference between iphone x / xs
Single sim vs Dual sim, better camera, rest everything is negligble as iphone x is also equally fast, however its 1 yr old so resale will also fetch lesser money.
