I've used this phablet for a couple of days now and these are my initial views
Pros:
1. The battery life is very good. Charged it fuly for 4 hrs on the first day and its still going tough after heavy internet usage and GPS.
2. The UI is amazingly simple and its one of the best I've seen(believe me I've used HTC one, Samsung S5 and LG G2). It does not over-complicate things and lays down a pretty neat design which is simple to use even for a new smartphone user.

Mr. Subhash, please provide a hands-on review when you buy an Asus Zenfone and not an input from a Youtube video on Asus Zenfone by some other user, because it does not add any value, instead pulls down a product which is yet to be launched. You are lucky to be in India where you can express anything at will. Please use this platform wisely and productively. Lets us do REVIEWS.

I feel it is a great 6 inch phablet, with a better camera and a good battery life.
Pros:
Great camera, low light shots are even better than Samsung Galaxy Phones(I am already having Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom).
Zen UI is elegant and neat. I feel its better than Samsung's touchwiz.
Battery life looks descent, but will update after few days.
FM is present.

Cons:
Back cover looks very smooth, not hard enough. Should be extra careful while handling the device.

Bought this on Flipkart yesterday with next day delivery. Item arrived early afternoon and i took it out of box and inserted my sim card and connected my Android account over Wifi. With no GPS or Bluetooth or mobile network on the battery drained from 90% to 10% in 2.5 hrs.(Edit: This issue went away after charging the phone to 100% and then it lasts a solid 40-42 hrs with 30mins music, GPS on all day, 20 mins of gaming, limited whats app and wifi on all day!!). Increasing rating to 4/5 stars...

I am writing this review only to ask to those who actually used/purchased this handset.
Although the specs seems very aggressive and promising on papers but ultimately the hardware that actually matters. so i request to all those who write a review on this to kindly make a detailed review and valuable rating only on the product and not on the flip-kart as we all know the pro's and con's of flip-kart. so what we only need here is the genuine product review and rating.

I am using this phone since last five months...The first hand set delivered was having some hardware issues. But flipkart replaced the same with a new one within 4 days.. Excellent customer care...

Fast & furious...Multitasking seen awesome...Camera not showing 13MP clarity.. still good...
Slightly heating up during long usage..Gaming is excellent...
Overall a very nice product ..Worth buying...

If you're looking for a Fablet, then the ZenFone6 is a must have.. The phone had no issues and Flipkart delivered the product in a good condition..

This phone is the worst purchase of my life. You can not upgrade the firmware even after it is push from the Asus.
You download the 550MB upgrade, and its installation end-up in some java error. happened 3 times, now i just turned the upgrade notification off.
the back plastic started loosing the golden color and now it looks like how a corner of maruti 800 looked after 10 years.
Pathetic is the only word to describe this.

Asus Zenfone 6 A600CG /A601CG which means there are 2 models for sale! These two don't have a lot of difference but whatever is the difference it is significant i mean A600CG has 2.0 GHz processor, and A601CG has 1.6 GHz!!! Which in my view is a lot. Even battery capacity differs 3300MAH and 3230MAH resp.!!! Rest might be same but difference is difference plz flipkart make 2 different pages for different models!!
P.S. I got A601CG which is satisfactory for my use..
