Everything was good as it was described but I got only one booklet/user guide while according to my knowledge there should be more paper guides & yesterday suddenly my phone became too much hot during charge but after that now it's OK. Can you tell me why the phone became too hot? Was it imported? How can I get the warranty?

Beautiful phone... I really love this phone like always... blackberry always rocks with its hardware and security software part...lack of scrolling in keyboard is only negative side...

Scrolling On Keypad Not Available in this Phone 1.0 stars
Keypad scrolling is not available in this phone , compare to Blackberry Passport, Priv, Key1, Key2....
This disadvantage in this phone (Key2LE)

Over all good,but priced quite high 4.0 stars
Querty key board, reasonable screen size. Ease of operations. Not tried the camera. Bb hub may be difficult to operate by some.

okay for Typical BB users 4.0 stars
the keyboard feature is unique and Eye catchy :)
works well with JIO Net+calling (sms not working, whenever i tried).
at 1st battery worked well, but now it drains really quick (vodafone+Jio)
hope the battery lives a couple of years atleast.
BB World is not there, so missing some of my old BB Q5 apps :(
finding accessories is a bit hectic, coz very less people using this model :(
camera is ok, BB Hub is good :)
overall a good fone for any BB lover like me :)
i would have given 5 Stars if battery worked longer.
