Finally blackberry is available with android,great experience.Blackberry lover from my days,i like bb becoz it gives more feature to thier smartphones with an android.Awsome keypad,privacy is mattered a lot.Thank you comeback again.????????

Network connection issues. 1.0 stars
I am facing a problem of network. It is getting directly disconnected and showing no network connection. If it is a hardware problem, can I get a replacement.

Nothing is dislike by BB phone.If you have zeal to learn continuously this phone is for you,photo camera sound every thing is great.I have only doubt about After sales Service in Hardware section during warranty and post warranty product.If this area is increase No doubt this is the father of all the released till ever.BB didnt compromise-with safety. I love BB.

Device is not performing well & no response to my query 1.0 stars
My device is not performing well, following are the issues faced (after doing factory reset setting)
1. Mobile heating while using SIM internet.
2. Phone screen is automatically locked while using.
i hv discussed this with customer care executive considering the Pin code technician service is not available & executive have informed me that request for replacement of device is raised on Dt. 05.12.2018, till today (13.12.18) no update received now i am unable to contact with customer care executive, kindly update progress.

Till date 10.01.2019 no reply, please update request

Another one issue is highlighted i.e. 1 speaker of phone is not working, can any one help me in this or please share right contact details of BB care service.
