Average - Very honest review by longtime BB user 3.0 stars
Review after using for 2 weeks.

Overall a decent phone, but average for BB users.

The signal reception, rear camera, is good. Battery lasts one full day if you are a heavy user. Spacebar makes noise(the person sitting beside you can hear it), Not much space below the last keypad row(little uncomfortable to type initially), power button and volume buttons are on the same side( Difficult to take a screenshot with one hand).....and many more minute things but it wont hamper the experience.

The Positives:
1. Keys - big size and easier to type.
2. Fingerprint - Works flawlessly
3. Charging - Very quick
4. Speed Key
5. Performance is good.
6. Locker App

The Negatives:
1. Build quality - Looks like made in India, Not as sturdy as PRIV, Passport etc.
2. Front camera - Sucks, dont even try a selfie
3. Right shift key removed - Instead you have the option of setting $ key as CTRL.
5. Some features like "Advanced Interactions" of older BB phones are missing.
6. No BB service. Also, if your phone has an issue then amazon wont accept the replacement that easily. Forget about the refund.

Premium phone with very poor built quality. 1.0 stars
I have used many BlackBerry phone earlier and was a very satisfied BlackBerry user. Now using this all new Key2 for a moth, the delivery by Amazon was in amazing first but with the performance of this phone I am totally not satisfied. My phone just slipped from my hand on the road may be from maximum 3 feet height and screen got cracked phone started malfunctioning. Changed the entire screen panel with huge cost (due to physical damage dont cover any warranty). After that within 3 days finger print sensor stopped working. Battery backup as they claim 2 days, but actually its not two days. I am not atall a gamer not using phone for long on Internet for YouTube etc. 24 hrs net on 3 mail account sync facebook and Whatsapp off and on. Average talk time 2 hrs per day. Now its giving about 18-20 hrs battery backup. So premium phone so poor built quality not accepted. I am sorry cant recommend this phone to any one
