Physical keyboard is of no practical use. Its predictive texting dreaming work on chrome etc. Slow & hangs frequently.

Was Not working.
Blackberry Key2 was stuck in bootloader menu.
Amazon and GreenMobiles replaced with new one in 72hrs. I was very touched. Customers care personnel Mr Rajiv was very knowledgeable talk with.
Coming to key2. Its more like PC not a mobile
Finest phone on the earth. No words to express how beautiful and useful it is. The locker folder and flick typing wonderful. Shortcut for keys increases productivity. I have ditched my Note9 now. Camera should have been better........but still 5 stars for BB key2.......

Damn this a phone of a lifetime ... Blackberry has come long way yes they struggled all these years because of sticking up to their os and not adopting to the Android world but since the time they switched to Android blackberry is the phone to buy ...

Not a phone for watching media content or gaming , but yeah gets the work done , camera is at par , its not a bad camera why people around the world bitching about the camera on blackberry is because I noticed its providing natural colours while the other phones filter your pic straight from the camera as I use two phones and I have one plus 5t so I noticed that difference that if you want a real time pic key2 is not that bad in camera department ...

And for security there is no better phone than key2 just blindly go for it if you want all your data to be safe ...

Many people dont know about this phone, so no one told about this, and Shops are not selling so they dont advertise as they dont get commission.

This is an excellent phone with everything , its premium, camera is excellent with natural colours, no fake mask like faces, colour saturation is super, screen resolution is perfect, smooth, fast , accurate, keyboard is durable and stylish rugged, can trust . Security is the top notch. Battery 2 days is easy.

I used NOTE 9 Samsung. And used many of Samsung and i phones. I phones are expensive. Samsung only top phones are ok , other models something is compromised. And even new design of Samsung curved screens looks nice. But trust me everyone is scared to drop and break their screens. Durability of Samsung screen is less. Cant Fix screen guard or tempered glass protector , I am always worried of breaking my screen till it broke.

Screen quality is good. No stress to eyes, I found Samsung screens gives headache after using for a while. Size is good enough to do everything. Watching videos also nice. Earphones provided is also good.

Now I am typing all this on my key2 I feel so simple and easy Infact enjoying the feel of technology.
BlackBerry organiser features are super.

Finally this is best phone under-rated and not advertised. Worth it.. I used all the high end phones in all the brands , I can show the greatness of this phone if you have doubt ..........Dr. Jagadish , HYDERABAD
