overall nice phone, but i m facing Problem with key board. it works fine in all the aps but typing on google search or any chorme site is big problem.
hItting one time to space bar mAkes it move it 3-4 times. deleting one letter, deletes 2-3 words.
some letter in small some in capital....overall big probLem in typing.
you can notice typing issues in my review too.
however i hv reset/factory setting after talking tO customer care...problem still persist

Camera features not so good but stlll over all a very good business phone.

Not at par when compared to other flagship android smart phones.

rock solid device. Have moved from a iPhone x to key2. Love the keyboard. Android is not as good as iOS but other features of the device make up for this gap. The hub is a boon. The led notification can be found customised for vip for any kind of messages or calls. Dual sim ! The keyboard feels sturdy and the shortcuts are irreplaceable ! If u are into business emailing then the hub is the best app better than outlook on iOS or apple mail. Nothing compares to it. Customer support is great to in Mumbai !no app missing as there is play store. Would have a preferred the silver but only black available in India at the moment. Space key feels different from the rest of the keys. Flick typing is way better than iOS.

26th oct 2018: my upto date experience with this phone: Please note you cannot load any application on the sd card . also the sd card cannot become a part of your internal storage...

03rd nov. i would like to update that i found a way to sync my one drive files on my sd card via an app. so this works for me. the battery of this device lasts much longer than my iphone x. also i am able to load dual applications (whats app and instagram at the moment) thus i can have 2 nos and 2 whats app together at the same time on a single device which is very helpful. Fast charge on this device charges this phone to 100% in approx 20 min ! which is superb. wish camera was as good as an iphone .

no one knows the value of blackberry its a brand not like an iphone X who is not as good as blackberry, in the name of apple people are blind to take that 3rd class iphone's battery back up I have used iphone 7 its worst.

I am a new user of BB. Yesterday only received the KEY2.
I tried several times to install Apps from Play store but still now unable to install even a single App.
Can some one guide me on this........ is the process of download/installation of Apps in BB KEY2 is different.

liked almost everything. dislike just 3 things that were there earlier and are not there now: 1. the central scroll pad being removed in place of a rather needless home button (which can work from the convenience key). 2. dislike the shift multiple select option being removed. 3. dislike not having a dedicated interface like Blackberry blend or link to sync.

Just bought and found the built to be amazing..... its sturdy, it gives a feeling of being secured. Unlike Chinese phone maker they keep all call logs in their servers including pic and all, this doesn't. Found the product a heavy duty one, where both productivity and social front goes side by side.
One thing is for sure, when there is Blackberry label on it.... be assured to have the best in class security to keep one's data safe from daily modern technological world vulnerability.

having problems with spacebar while typing.
I want a replacement as soon as possible.
