Over Heating issue 1.0 stars
Heating issue. Very very abnormal heating during charging.. Unable to hold the phone. Given complaint to tech team, they yet to check.. Waiting for resolution.. Never expected this from blackberry...

Awesome collaboration of software and hardware. There is no any other phone can beat BlackBerry in keyboard.. Intelligent crafting . About photography you can say good not better. But for security enthusiastic definitely go for this one..

best phone in the market. keyboard shortcuts are great. this is the only phone in market you will use without any cover and case. battery backup is great.

Buttons are annoying. 2.0 stars
I not purchased this product but it's looks like that it will not capture the market. Buttons are annoying to use mobile comfortably.

Heating too much 1.0 stars
The phone heats like a frying pan on a stove. While charging and also while talikng and chatting on whatsapp

The phone I was waiting for -A Masterpiece 5.0 stars
My love with BB started with the Pearl in 2007 and i stuck with various BB devices till whatsapp stopped supporting BBOS . I had to move on to Iphones, Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus -I was still missing the physical keyboard. This one put a smile on my face when I saw it after unboxing. Had been using this for the past couple of days. Looks classy, has the right size, feels light, battery life is extraordinary. Call quality is better than Iphone. Performance is real good. Feels grippy in your hands. Head-Turner. A productivity beast. People do give a second look at this device. IMO, its totally worth the price.

This phone looks classy, niche, like a rare gem. You will have to learn much to get the best of this keyboard... I am changing from Passport to key2, yet the task of commanding this keyboard is pretty steep. Everything it possesses under the hood has been used by the market, there is nothing to boast of...refinement regarding software and hardware is good.
It's the look, feel, and design that makes it very attractive in person. Want a showstopper it is ONE.

Excellent Keyboard shortcuts and old charm Keyboard .
Camera is the only let down but with good lighting it does manage to get some decent photos.
