How many kidneys sell for this phone ?
None. I exchanged it for pixel 2, got best deal with discount from flipkart. Its beautiful device & premium they are charging is totally worth.

Why this much cost what is differnce between pixel 3 and android phones
Google phones are primarily known for its robust software and camera clarity. It doesn't eat up phone's memory and would not slow it down. Unlimited storage for pics is great.
