This is a worst phone i have ever used like this. Poor sound quality vey low sound output.

Mobile damaged in 3 months and the story goes on... 1.0 stars
Highly disappointed...
I have purchased this mobile from Amazon.in one year back. But with in three months the devise started showing errors of all the apps. With in one year I ave submitted the phone in service center for two times due to software issue and now again its time to submit it again to the service center with the same problem. After repairing few days it works better but again gives same errors. My phone stayed most of the days in service center instead of with me. Phonebook, Facebook, Messages, Call log, Whats app, google photos, etc. these basic apps are showing issues continuously.. Now HTC has assured me that they will give me replacement but for that I have to visit again the service center. The service centers are also very few.. This is the worst experience ever about the mobile phone with HTC and Amazon.

plz mantaion proper packing 4.0 stars
Packing is very poor.plz Maintain proper packing.
Mobile is good. screen quality is excellent.camera is 8mp but it quality of camera like 5mp .internal memory 4GB is main defect compared with other mobiles . looks too good than HTC620 and 816.

Internal Memory issue 4.0 stars
Everything seems ok with the phone. But the internal storage as promised in the specification as 4GB is not available. Instead it is only 1.98GB. Even the sellers phone number not available for any complaint or feedback.
