I faced the earphone jack problem within 3-4 month of ... 3.0 stars
I faced the earphone jack problem within 3-4 month of buying the product. got it repaired once, though not from an htc service centre. The speaker volume quality is low.. the camera isnt outstanding either. battery drains quickly. No lagging yet.. been 1 yr since ive purchased this product.

Its not good that a brand new phone come with a hardware ... 1.0 stars
From the first day on wards i have issues with the 3.5 mm jack slot on the phone. but it took more than 15 days for me to understand that it is a hardware failure. now i cannot return it to amazon. I have to deal with this and have to run to the service centers. Its not good that a brand new phone come with a hardware issue. Very very bad quality

Phone performance is good, its not hang if even low space is in phone.
Battery backup is also good
But phone is having low Camera quality, its not feeling like 8 MP camera.
As well as phone sound is not louder as compare to other phones. Headphone provided by HTC with this phone is not comfortable with ear.
leaving these 2 issue phone is good.
