Using this phone from last 2.5 yrs...
No battery backup at all. Phone use to heat a lot in 2-3 minutes only if using 3G/4G.
I will never buy any HTC phone again

This is the phone which i buy and i got fully satisfaction to me i just used this phone unless its gonna be dead.

Battery backup not good.

I bought 820 specially for good cam.but i had very bad experience & lost my faith on HTC .I went to beach side the cam pics are very very bright & video shootings was also very very bright ..it is so bright that photo is not visible clearly. I have made changes from cam setting to get better clarity but no change in images & quality..I must say this phone is not good to take pics during sunset or in sunlight. The friend of mine was using samsung got a very good & clear videos & pics in beach ...

Good phone but after all an htc phone so won't say much. Updates are like a dream and. The camera is awesomely awesome won't say a word but the building quality is so cheap. The glossy back is a mistake would need a back cover directly from our of the box. Performance wise won't complain

Snapdragon 6 series you must just pass ,these are just boilers,so avoid it

Bad

Works fine for the first 1-2 months, then it starts showing problems like Low Battery & overheating.
It will not charge even after being connected with a charger for hours.
The Battery will drain faster than oil draining into the Sea.

And conveniently for Flipkart there work is done after 1 month after which the problems start .
In Conclusion, A very bad investment if looking for a long term phone with good features.
Instead go for Moto X or Zenfone 2.

A very good phone with decent specs. Been using the phone for many days now.
To sum it up.
Pros:
Good Screen
Good audio quality
Lag free(android phones generally tend to lag with heavy usage)

Cons:
Pricing could have been lower
Low light photography is not good.Photos appear grainy(photos are very good in lighted situations though).

All in all a very good phone.
