Nice Phone and also good delivery time. Satisfied with whole features but price is more for the product

i was a big fan of this mobile and tried hard to posses one.

i bought one tooo.....
but...
I faced a strange challenge....
When i pressed "END CALL" a green line used to flash on the notification bar....
I tried reaching HTC customer care to find out if this was an inbuilt feature or a technical issue.
All i was advised is to visit the service centre.

The product was returned to Flipkart and they accepted after trying out some technical processes.

Heights of all : I faced the same ...

Only battery problem

Guys,I bought this phone on 31st of december and have used it for 2 and half months.i would like to list the pros and cons
pros:
1.awesome snappy experience,no lag whatsoever.
2.display quality is good
3.sound output,both via speakers and earphones is excellent.
4.earpiece clarity and sound very good.
5.front cam quality is very good.
cons:
1.back cam not good.gives yellowish tint with flash always(not yet fixed with update)
2.bluetooth always visible to all devices and no option to change it...

2nd product from Flipkart whose motherboard had to be changed

I am totally upset with the mobile.
+Pros
The processing speed was good and camera quality was also good.

-Cons:
1. When we focus in the secondary camera, the picture seems to be zoomed which I dont like when we wish to take selfie. You have to extend your hands too much to cover wider areas than other mobile phones.
2. My phone is in dead condition now. It suddenly switched off while charging and couldnt able to switch on.

first of all i want to say that don't believe all those people out there who are saying this set has bad battery backup
in first 1 week or max 1 and half week its battery drains very quickly but after this time period, this gives decent battery backup i am using it for about one month and i get 1 full day with moderate to little heavy usage easily.
if u are facing battery issues do following steps
1. drain your battery to 0 percent
2. now switch off your set and charge it in switch off mode...

I bought it last week from from flipkart and seller was WSRetailer. As usual from this seller Package and delivery was very good.Lets begin with my product review.

1. Ultra fast device and it uses less ram only( 300 mb ram )compare to lg or Samsung or Alcatel or Sony and not bundled with more third-party softwares like Sony. Octa core is amazing when considering about Game and heavy applications.

2. Heating i could not find any issue if u ask does it heats, yes of course like every android ...

HTC 820 is a good phone..

Only problem is heating and battery life. If you are not concerned about battery, don't give a thought and buy it.
