I was very excited when I was waiting for the mobile to get delivered. Because of the attractive features of HTC 820 and Offer Price 21,143. Once I received, day by day I was surprised to know the fact when I using. (Heartbroken).

it is best phone till 30000 no other phone is octa core with 2gb ram and 64 bit processor. In terms of performance it totaly upgraded phone very smoth performance buisness class pbone much better than sony and samsung. It is havin 2 proccesors one is 1.4 quad and another is 1.0 quad so u can use both when need beast and u want decent performance and save battery u can put phone to power saver which wil shutdown one processor of 1.0ghz and save your battery. The best part of the phone is sheer quality. in my home, we have around 6-7 smartphones, Samsungs, Sony's, Google Nexus, nokia etc- the signal is weak for airtel and vodafone, and the calls will drop frequently for all the mentioned handsets-

Not with this HTC cell- i can make business calls via phone and move inside the house simultaneously- tremendous feeling.

First time i am using the HTC. i heard about the quality of the product and now i feel it like heaven.

Before buying this product had an extensive review regarding which one to select. Budget was around 20K. After lots of consultation, finally had to choose between Lenovo Vibe X2 and HTC desire 820.

Decided to go with HTC especially coz of Brand value and HTC history. Well till now i feel i wasn;t wrong.

Camera is not at all good as it get scratches definitely due to its poor design...Heating issue...you can boil an omelet after playing temple run for minutes ....warranty void if they find an evidence of liquid inside....but sweat can easily enter into the phone's speakers. It's SOFTWARE has major bugs. When I went to HTC service center many ppl came with this phone addressing software issues. Half of the people in service center are having this phone in their hand due to the software issue. ...
