I was looking for a phone with an amazing camera, a battery that lasts a complete day, and a phone that doesn't experience any lags; all this at an affordable price.
I was pretty sure that the OnePlus two was the phone that I needed, but as you'd know I never got an invite. My friends got the OP2 and I was a tad bit disappointed with the camera, but I was still going to purchase it when I'd get the invite because it was priced right.

But, then came the Nexus 6P and boy was I lucky to not get...

First things first: fast and reliable service by Flipkart, no issues there at all.
As far as the phone is concerned, all the chatter about quality control all over the Internet has taken some sheen and attention away from the fact that the Nexus 6P is a brilliant little device.

Writing this review after 1 week of use.
This phone is absolute beast. Intense power of SD810 chipset. Nice multiprocessing. If you people wonder point of multiprocessing and SD810 compared to SD808, future is moving towards a 64 bit processor rather than 32 bit. I don't have to explain more. Display is awesome. AMOLED is crazy. Speakers should be more crisp. Enough of this praise. Let me come to the doubts that people want to hear after reading numerous stuff in the internet.

I love this phone. Been using it for around 1.5 yrs and the performance is still good as new. This phone never disappointed me in anything. Best part is that I get all the latest Android updates way early before other phones since it's from Google. People are still waiting for Android Oreo update while I got it months ago. #feelsgoodman

First things first. I received my phone just within 2 days from Flipkart though I live in a very remote place. I have had issues with Flipkart in the past but not this time. Thanks Flipkart.

I came to Nexus 6P from the Nexus 6. This is an absolutely brilliant phone. Snappy, battery is still about 70-75 when I reach back home from office. ( 730 AM Unplug, to 7PM ).
Marshmallow is what Lollipop should have been. No complaints at all about the camera.

The Huawei case that comes with the phone is beyond terrible. With sharp edges that can even cut you. Get a Spigen Thin Fit as soon as possible. :) Throw the free cover under a bus. :)

When a person buy a 35K around mobile. He/She expect it to run smoothly for at least 2-3 years. My phone was running OK till it encounter boot-loop issue(U can google it , almost all nexus phone encounter this issue). And Once it goes in that there is no coming back. As my warranty was expired so huawei service center said that they can not fix that only solution is to change mother board(Rs 19K around). I was very skeptical initially as to whether to purchase this phone after reading the reviews with respect to yellow tint / microphone issues etc. Still, I took the risk of ordering nexus 6P. I couldn't pre order the phone in Oct, I was checking it everyday, luckily it was in stock on 20th Nov Friday. I immediately ordered it, flipkart gave me an estimate delivery date of 26th nov, but I received it on Sunday 22nd Nov. extremely fast delivery I was impressed.

Nexus phones are usually the best Android phones since they are snappy, don't carry the heavy customization (and the bugs, latency) that OEMs make, and get timely security and software upgrades. The only gripe about Nexus phones have been the lack of good looks (subjective, indeed) and poor camera quality. The Nexus 6p combines everything good about pure Android with top notch hardware. Effectively, here is a phone that's better than any other Android phone right now.
