If you prefer stock android, go for Lenovo P2. For features, Redmi Note 5 Pro will be your best bet. Choose the Note 5 Pro as Lenovo doesn't provide software updates as fast as MI.

Face lock was launched in phones in the year 2017 and this was launched in 2016, there is no face lock/unlock feature available in this phone.
