Help urgently since I am unable to attend any incoming calls 1.0 stars

mobile LG W10 is very poor quality 1.0 stars
Phone is not upto the mark. I was expecting some good quality phone fm LG a reputed company that's why this time I tried LG's choice but very disappointing. That too I raised concerned for return but they refused. My concern is that, I hav ordered t phone with knowing t specifications but what is t quality or performance , I can see only after coming physically in my hand. Its performance and quality is extremely poor...Why ll not go for other brands in place of lG in t same price range...I ll strongly recommend for not purchasing such type of phone..Manish tamhane
