Used this for about a week. Everything about this phone is great, except that it has some severe overheating problems. Once this heating problem gets fixed, it will be a totally awesome phone that gives any ultra flagship a run for its money, a great 5/5, but for now I am going to give it a mediocre 3/5 at best. I've reached out to Oneplus for a resolution, maybe they'll fix it over time with software updates (if it's fixable), but its unsure. At the moment, the battery stays in a constant state of overheat, the phone feels hot in my hands even during normal/light use, and when I use the camera (the photos are great by the way) for a few minutes it shuts down the camera due to overheating. So much for Hasselblad marketing when you can't even use the camera, lol. Bad photos > No photos ? This problem is not unique to me, there is a large number of people facing the same issue with this phone and a lot of chatter on Oneplus forums on the same. I am going to look for a replacement device or get a return if that's not possible.

Great innovation from OnePlus. The best in the market in 70k.

One of the biggest problem with this set is overheating. I am fed-up with this set. Even I used one Plus 6t n one Plus 7t. That are much better than this phone. I have to shoot so many videos in a day and this device just stop in few minutes due to high temperature.

Very disappointed as it didn't reach my expectations. Need to charge twice to thrice a day with basic usage. Also it is overheating like hell. Even contacted with OnePlus customer care, they say don't use more apps, off your wifi or bluetooth when not in use. I thought what is the use of purchasing a phone with investing this much amount.

As per price, Hasselblad is just in ultra wide camera, No upgrade in front camera and still no sound given on slow motion video..at this price go for options available

GETTING SO MUCH HEAT RETURNED PHONE...DISAPPOINTING

I have been using this phone from 3 days . I have found 3 major issues with the phone 1.Auto call recording option is absent in thsi version 2.heating issue, by using the phone continuously for 3 hrs it's getting heat and displaying heat warning. 3.The watermark on the camera is aligned at the center of the iamge which should be aligned either left corner or right corner which makes the watermark valuable.

Got the product with link line on display.. dont but this product .. waste of money

First of all , I was too confused to buy this phone because I was using all my savings to buy this phone. I am a student and was using my hard earned internship money for this smartphone. I am using this phone for 2 days now and I have not faced any heating issue a single time. Everything is above par except the battery , which drains in 4.5 - 5 hrs SOT with QHD display and 5.5-7 hrs SOT with FHD+ display and with 60Hz it can work fine for approx 7-8 SOT. Cameras are average but to be honest the best in this price range . For those who will prefer the costly samsung for 20k more will face the performance issue just after 1-2 years when exynos will not be able to process the apps while Snapdragon 888 in this one plus pro just kills it. The phone could have been cheaper but these huge taxes levied by Indian govt , the companies will never be able to provide products with such huge loss. Its actual price is 54k but it has 11k as taxes.
