OnePlus 9 Pro User Reviews

Best in the market, Simply awesome 5.0 stars
today, I got oneplus 9 pro 12gb and I used whole day after charged with 100% battery. Also I already known that this phone has heating issue so 1st thing I did that I installed updates. After getting updates, phone doesn't heat any more and I had recorded with 8k & 4k and it's working smooth. I am very happy to choose this product and frankly speaking it's a great choice. After updates... Pros: Performance: great speed(I mean very very fast) great choice for gamer and normal user. Display:massive 2k amoled display with 120hz & best display than vivo 60x pro+ Camera: Great camera performance and pic and vedio quality is awesome Audio: it's having stereo speaker with Dolby atmos, it's a flagship phone. Build quality: it's ever lasting. Cons: additional back cover is not gud.

Huge disappointment. Poore camaras..?? 1.0 stars
Im using OnePlus since 5t and then 6, 6t, 7 pro, 7T pro maclaren, 8 pro and now 9 pro. OnePlus 9 Pro is worst phone. Heats too much. And what about most hyped HASSELBLAD cameras? Check out the picture which i attached with my review. Even 10k range phone captured great pic like this but OnePlus 9 pro is struggling with depth and bokeh effect. And 2Mp camera in 70k range phone..?? Big middle finger to OnePlus. Not done this time. Huge disappointment.. Guys please font waste your valuable money on this phone just go with Mi 11 ultra or any other phone.

A pack of Awesomeness. 5.0 stars
Worthy of the long wait. This is a complete power pack of the best specifications for me. Be it the display or the camera or the performance anything. The camera captures the light and the colors extremely well and does a fabulous job. The gaming experience is so smooth thanks to the hyper touch and adaptive 120hz refresh rate and of course Snapdragon 888 such that u always get the best and smoothest performance possible no matter which game ur playing. Also the sound system and charging speed is just next level and something I have never experienced before.

Final verdict - not worth the price 2.0 stars
Final verdict after few months: Its not worth the price, choose differently. One month update: Battery is now much improved after few OS updates and I am changing the rating from 1 to 3. Still my trusted battery app is showing 45% effeciency which is disturbing. The much advertised camera is very average. So not really a flagship killer. OLD REVIEW: I love Oneplus but this time it's been a shock. The most expensive flagship killer is almost dead on arrival. Overheating with normal use. Battery stats are very poor. And phone slows down for no reason. Even home page takes a splt second to load the apps after the background image. It's big and bright and fast but these are basic everyday problems. When first received, battery was being used very fast. After two updates its better but inconsistent, sometimes it's very good and sometimes battery consumption is as fast as its charging speed. Charging speed is fantastic. So beware of spending 69k, think of other options. Oneplus better do something for existing owners or else people will shift to other brands. See battery health is showing 45%. On my 3.5 year old oneplus 5 it shows 83% even now. So something is wrong with the battery management.

Flagship phone that you should choose 5.0 stars
Firstly after using samsung, apple and all flagship models this was the first time I chose one plus. My main concern was pricing and to get bang for the buck. One plus 9 pro is lower priced than its competitors like samsung s21 ultra and iphone 12 pro. Surely little bit overpriced for one plus but it really covers it's worth in specs. Pros: Amazing processor and graphics. Display is too good, watching Netflix is great. Speakers are beyond what you expect for a phone. They are loud and clear. I need to lower the volume watching reels or any video even when I am outdoor. The look of the phone is really simple and elegant Gaming is great and does not overheat even in the recent Mumbai afternoon heat wave. It handles greatly and without lag too I have read at places about its battery life but using it, playing call of duty for an hour or more and normal usage of instagram, etc. I always end up with around 30 percent battery at the end of the day using battery saver. So battery is great too Charging is way beyond better. I charge only once a day and in half an hour I find it at 100 percent Cons: Camera is really hyped with advertising and not as much you expect. Same goes for the selfie cam. It's great but not the best. Hopefully hasselblad will come up with some hardware to increase performance ahead with software or for later models. Macro camera is great though and the wide angle too. I am really happy with spending on this amazing flagship phone

Bang for the buck 4.0 stars
I've been a OnePlus user for almost three years now and oneplus devices never seize to amaze me. Oneplus has come a long way since they first launched their first device and transformed from a flagship killer to a flagship. I have used OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6t and just upgraded from OnePlus 7 Pro. It's only been 48 hours since I am using OnePlus 9 Pro and I'm already in love with the device. Oh boy there's a lot to talk about this one so keeping it short let's just have a look at the Pros and Cons Pros : Awesome display - Fluid AMOLED 2.0 QHD+ 120 Hz screen with LTPO panel which offers a max brightness of 1300 Nits and 240 Hz touch sampling rate. Premium design - The stellar balck model is one of its kind with a sandstone finish back which isn't a fingerprint magnet and It feels like you're holding a premium flagship phone. Better Camera - OnePlus has always been lagging behind in the camera department as compared with other competitors so this year they decided to collaborate with hassleblad to improve the camera on its devices, this comes with a 48+50 MP main and ultrawide camera with OIS + EIS capable of shooting videos 4K in 120 FPS and 8K in 30 FPS, overall the camera quality is so much better than previous devices I've used in the past and has improved drastically. Cool UI - Oxygen OS has been one of my favourite Android skins as it is close to the stock Android and doesn't comes with all the bloatware and ugly skins. Performance beast - Snapdragon 888 best in the market right now in terms of gaming, overall performance. Fast Charge - I was stunned when I saw the device going from 15-100 in under 25 minutes thanks to the 65W warp charge, you can also juice up the device with 50W wireless charging which is just mind blowing. Battery - Device comes with a 4500 mAh battery which lasts for a half day according to my usage and give a SoT of around 6-7 hours which according to me is quite decent considering the 120 Hz screen with a SD 888. Software Updates - Though Oneplus has dropped the ball in providing timely software updates recently but I'm quite positive that this would improve as this device has already received 3 software updates in a span of 3 weeks to fix some major issues like overheating and quick battery drain which is quite impressive. Charger in the box - The devices ships with a 65W charger included in the box which easily costs around 3000 rupees if purchased separately, OnePlus could've easily ditched the charger by playing the environment safety card like the rest of the competitors. Cons: Selfie Camera - I was a bit disappointed seeing a 16 MP front camera only capable of shooting 1080p video in 2021. Battery Capacity - I feel OnePlus should've gone for a 5000 mAh battery. 5G Connectivity - Only comes with two 5G bands in India wheras as the Global version has ample of 5G bands (OnePlus why?) Pricing is a grey area as Oneplus decided to collaborate with hassleblad this year and this partnership doesn't comes cheap. Personally speaking the retail cost of the device should've been 5000 rupees cheaper. At last I would like to say that it all boils down to your own personal preference and what your pocket allows.

Yes initially phone got heated . Later after bug fixes observed less heating in my phone. 5.0 stars
Battery life - works for One full day with consistent usage. Camera quality - like the night vision camera . Also wide angle camera. Value for money- could give discount and little over priced .
