The product got delivered well before time and the from the very next day it started showing signs of trouble, it hangs suddenly and shuts down while giving a call. I had read the review and was happy to get it, but it seems to be a waste of money. The cell to whom it was gifted is not happy, so whats the use.

Samsung has cheated very nicely to the customers. Once purchase you can know. How big cheating samsung has done. Samsung should understand the customers problem and should replace this phone with some others. Better Micromax A116 in the same segment. After purchasing this I got to know about this, then I purchased A116 . working very nicely/ Wasted 20000 rupees. Idiot Samsung money oriented company not customer oriented.

this phone has very low battery backup and the screen qwality is also not up to the mark, even if the battery is 25 \\% in the night and after getting up in the morning we see the phone off due to empty battery

First things first, this phone is the best phone in its segment, has a decent processor, a very good camera and is upgradable to 4.2.2.
