I bought this phone 2 weeks back and observed phone audio thru ear phone was not working. Then i went to Samsung Service Center and they told me that, problem with audio jack and should be replaced. Then I called Flip Kart customer support and informed them about the defect. Immediately, they have sent replacement mobile. Bought this on flipkart bout a month back for 18k apox. About the same time as a friend bought micromax canvas Hd. I've been using it for a month now. Just ordered the mobile for my friend, first time the mobile came was the faulty piece, called the customer care they told to show it to the customer service centre.. I called again then they got ready for the replacement...The new piece that came was a good one..
