Mobile has big hunging problem even network is not good. Many times voice quality become very poor and many times keypad is not works
I m big fan of Samsung but this series is not good.
After using more than 10 days...mobile

Don't waste your money buying this phone. The camera colors the face too artificial... Even regular pics in various modes that I've tried were below average. Image quality and sharpness is much inferior even compared to what the reviews say. I didn't expect wonders from a phone of this price range, but seriously Samsung has really let me down after all the hype and brilliant marketing of M20.

Worst, the customer care just wouldn't replace or return the phone even after umpteen phone calls to their customer care and complaining about the quality, hit and miss facial recognition, pathetic camera pics under low lights.

I'd been wanting to write a review since the day it got delivered and I started testing it, but Amazon wouldn't let me put a review even after 5 days of delivery (as honest reviews like mine would impact their upcoming flash sales:)

I purchased this phone on the day of its sale, when there were no reviews available. I made a big mistake in trusting the brand "Samsung" blindly. This phone might have pros but they are nothing special. Many smaller brands also provide those features. The one particular flaw that annoyed me the most and made me write this harsh review is lack of notification LED light. This may sound simple but what it means if your phones battery is low you won't notice any warning. If you are charging your phone you don't know if its charging because there is no LED light. If you had a missed call no LED notification. If you had a text no notification. You will know all these only when you turn your screen on. So you turn your phone scree on regularly to check for all these. How the heck did they design a product like this. There are many annoying things in this phone but this one simple feature missing totally pissed me off. On top to rub salt on wounds...Amazon can't do refunds on phones which is a revelation to me. I jumped in and bought this phone in the first week and now I regret trusting Samsung. I already posted it on OLX, can't keep it. My suggestion is don't rush to buy it.

I want to share my personal opinion or the things which I like most and which I don't like so what is Good for me is
1 Its Battery 5000 mah battery with type c USB 15w charger matlab 1-2 din normal use pe aaram se chal hi jayega
2 Full size display and display quality Samsung ne amoled to nahi diya bt ye best hai is price me
3 Processor and RAM
Now which I don't like are
1 Camera utna khas laga nahi usse better mil jayenge iss price me
2 Build quality body nazuk lagta hai apko protection use krna padega
That's it agar apko sacha brand chaiye Chinese use nahi krna to definitely jao or 3gb-32gb k liye jo ki 11K me apko mil jayega otherwise isse better options iske upar ki price range me available hai. Thank you

A very good product from Samsung. I am using it for more than a week with no issue. I brought it in the first flash sale on 5th feb and received on 6th feb. Amazon's delivery services was very good. And package was up to the mark. Overall i give 5 star. And if you want a branded all rounder smartphone in this price segment go for it. You will be definitely satisfied...

Below average phone. Only looks good but performance is very slow. I have Realme1 which is too much better than this one. See the antutu scores of these 2 phones you will understand. I did not even installed all my apps in M20 but still got pathetic score.

Camera is ok.Battery is also ok.The major issue is performance. Even the default launcher lags.. then imagine what will happen if you install 3rd party launcher >

1 year old Realme1 performs too much better than this junk M20.. its better to buy ne RealmeU1 which has much better CPU than RM1 at the same price of M20.. both have same screen.

If you just need big battery and nothing else matters for you then there are many more options.. no need to spend 11k for battery !!!

I am sure all those 5star reviews are paid.. how come those dumb people say this phone Fantastic !!!
Wakeup ... this is not power bank my friends.. review it as a PHONE.

1.display is so good
2.signal reception is good
3.phone works great for normal use ( browsing and watching videos)
4.battery lasts 1.5 days ( atleast for me )
5.fast charging really helps me
6.camera is not good
7.only 3 finger finger prints can be registered
8. didn't enjoyed much while playing games with this
9. software needs improvement in lots of area
10. build quality is just okay

Totally time&cost waste and camera very worst then continly 3 min watching after our eyes very tired because this mobile radiation is high. I'm also samsung fan but i very disappointed. so please don't buy the Samsung m20

Let's check the pros and cons.Pros:1. 5000 maH battery( battery life excellent)2. USB type c quick charger inside the box.3. Good display good for watching video and content.4. Good back cameras. Ultra wide angle camera also did well.5. Processor and performance is good, clean UI.Cons:1. Poor front camera2. Proximity sensor doesn't seem to work on my device.3. Processor is good for day to day performance but same can't be said for gaming. Gaming on this device is just average, expected a bit more.

1.No issues with battery ,it has long lasting and fast charging battery.(10/10)
2.camera is awesome in day light, but in night or in dark it is not good as in day.(8/10)
3.finger print sensor work so quick but with wet fingers it is ok but not so good.(8/10)
4.for pubg.... it can play pubg in HD...in HD you will face a little bit lag...but in balance mode it is perfect. (9/10).
5.it has type-c charging type, in box you get a orginal Samsung fast charger with type c data cable.(10/10)

Overall I will give this phone 4.5 stars out of five..
If you looking for a budget phone with trusted brand ..this phone is for you..get it..
