Phone hangs even for few apps

So finally got my Samsung Galaxy M20 for which I was waiting for a long time as it is the best phone
and also fits in my budget!
The infinity V display looks so cool n ausom and also 6.3inch display screen with full hd resolution
which gives best gaming experience
As a game lover, battery life is the most important thing. My worry about battery got over as M20 got
5000mah battery life which lasts long for almost 18-20hrs on continues usage. Now i dont need to carry
a portable charger with my phone.
5000mah battery takes a long time to charge but not M20 as it has a USB C type fast charging.
If we are talking about camera then there is no other phones which would give such a best camera at
this rate! M20 got a 13+5mp camera with f1.9 which gives you the best portrait photos that u always
wanted. Also the ultra wide angle camera which captures the photo at 120degree, isnt it ausom?
Also the front camera with 8mp for the best selfies u can have. Looking at all this camera features it
seems like you are having a pocket dslr that is M20
With all this features and battery life I was expecting that the phone would be abit heavy but I was
wrong. Its a very lightweight phone with all the features.
Along with all these features, the phone starts with 10990rs only. Thats what i call as a best budget
phone all over India. Infinity V display, Long Battery life, Best camera, high performance processor,
6.3inch Display at just 10990!! Nothing can beat samsung when its M20

Don't purchase this phone... Network frequency is very poor... Many time networks gone. And hanging prob.. Prosser is very poor

Don't buy Samsung galaxy M20.
Camera quality of this phone is too low not even decent. Audio and video quality is fine but volume can't up to mark. Screen quality is also not pleasant on this one.
Before buying M20 ,I think you should make a second thought if you paying 11k bucks. Device is overpriced according to its specifications.

Pros: Cheap, Screen size, weight, Audio clarity in headset, Smooth OS (4 GB Model).
Cons:
1) Lot of junk samsung pre installed apps. No option to uninstall.
2) Even though phone had 5000 mah battery hardly get getting 1 day backup with 6 hours sot.
( only 8 apps installed other than pre installed like whatsapp, outlook, facebook, myjio, jio tv and 3 bank apps)
3) Camera quality is very poor. Painting effect is more in photos if we zoom.
4) Phone gets overheated if we watch youtube or in memory movies more than 40 to 50 mins

After disabling 6 Samsung apps my phone backup increased. Now I am getting more than 1.5 days battery. Around 2 GB free ram. OS is very smooth.

After 3 days
Disabled all Samsung inbuild apps and Facebook, After 37 hours from full charging 7 hour screen on time I have around 28% battery left with Jio and bsnl sims.

Doesn't work after update, returned phone and took 10 days for return process to take place and need to wait for another week for refund. Front camera looks like 2 megapixel.Heavy phone, nothing great for that price.
