But the first and important feature of a phone is network coverage. It is very poor when I campare to other mobile and most of the time call drop or didn't get network... Bsnl and Jio.... Both sim are working good in my old smartphone and net speed is very poor plz fix this problem

Looks like premium.
Battery backup is similar as 3600 mAh battery, not much so different. But realme c1 4200 mAh battery backup is better than it.
But quality of display is better than IPS 1080p display, as all know it has a FHD TFT panel. But...awesome, no comment.
Fast charging is same with its own charger as realme phones when we use third party fast charger for realme coz of not included with realme.
Sometimes lacking problem also be shown in it.
Face lock is too good to detect in low light but not much secure as realme coz we can unlock it by photograph also but not with realme. And finger print unlocking is also tiny delay as comparing realme, but okay not so.
When we talk about look than no doubt it is looking very premium with Samsung branding. And samsung experience is also very comfortable for working.

Phone is good. But I face little hang issue. And camera quality is good but some time it's half screen seems yellow and half blue effect. One of the most major issue I face within 2ndday of purchasing is automatically click whole screen. I didn't touch the phone and it click here there everywhere. It's too difficult to switch off that time. But I face it one time. Overall the phone is good.

Samsung is pioneer in making display.
Though phone comes with TFT pannel however the screen feels pretty amazing and also I compared it with other phones in the same price and till 15000 budget but none of them standing near to it.

Great battery, fast charging, good camera with wide angle ( it's actually good don't know why some ppl expect flagship level performance from a mid ranger) front camera could be improved, very good sound with Dolby, I don't play games on it so can't comment. Good processor and great software optimization. Overall a winner from Samsung. They have finally woken up and noticed costumers demands.

4. Don't waste your money for 11k or 13k u have much better option are available in like Realme U1, Realme 2 n 2pro , Redmi phone Asus phone.
5. Battery is only good n nothing. I have wasted my money so if you want to by give ur no.

This phone is good but not better then other 3 gb ram phones .
Camera quality not good, battery backup is 5 to 6 hour , problem in network connection, and applications of tik tok is show tik tok not opened

The Galaxy M20 has a pleasing design, though with a polycarbonate body that has a glossy finish. The
phone has a 5000 mAh battery giving great battery life. Samsung has gone for a dedicated microSD
slot on the Galaxy M20, which is something users in this price segment would appreciate.
Samsung Galaxy M20 also comes with a Type-C USB port, something that the company has not
offered in a budget phone so far. It has a single speaker and headphone jack at the bottom on the
either side of the port. The fingerprint sensor is at the back. Overall I found the phone delightful to use.

What fantasies me more about M series phones are their advanced and updated features. I recently got M20 and I must say having a phone with such features at a reasonable price is mind-blowing. M20 has both face unlock as well as fingerprint unlock features. It's my first phone with face unlock feature and its cool. M series phones are the best budget phones of this era.

At this price range this phone is perfect. You won't have any complaint regarding this. Let's talk about pros and cons of the phone, (Disclaimer: I'm not a phone expert though and i don't play games)

Pros:
1. Stylish phone with water drop notch
2. Brand satisfaction (2nd biggest brand for smartphones after apple)
3. Wide angle camera
4. 5000 mah battery
5. Fast charging ( It has to be there due to the size of battery, otherwise just imagine the time it'd take for getting fully charged)
6. Dual 4G, its very easy to switch between them, I'm currently using two jio sims in both the slots.
7. Dedicated micro sd card slot. It's really nice, you can use two nano sims + micro sd card simultaneously.
8. Dragontrail glass (Yeah its slightly lesser in quality than Gorilla glasses, still it serve the purpose)
9. Type C cable, it's really nice, the specialty of said type of cable is, it works in both ways, you don't have to worry about it's front or back, simply plug your charger in phone. (Redmi note 7, too has the same type of cable apart from one+, Letv and Moto M, phone models)
10. Face recognition system

Now let's talk about cons..

1. Camera is not upto the mark, especially the front camera it's really pathetic in low light. Within screen flash doesn't come for the rescue and consequently it sucked big time.

2. Plastic body. Whereas maximum phone in this price range is coming with attractive metal body (especially from Honor and Mi), having this with plastic body makes it inferior.

3. Battery backup, don't think that 5000mah going to help you in anyway. It lasts for a day only, it may be on account of larger screen ratio. Bigger display = Bigger battery, ultimately normal battery backup.
