 The screen is defective with a prominent line in screen and the touch not working in upper portion of screen

Display issues in 3 months, horrible battery life 1.0 stars
Normally, I do not give reviews but Im compelled now to provide one. I bought the phone in Dec 2021 and I started having display issues in 3 months. When flipped, the display goes off and I have to unflip and flip the phone again. I can't take calls because of this problem. The factory reset doesn't fix the problem.The service center confirmed the display is gone. When questioned how can such a brand new premium product can have issues, the answer I get is that its electronics and is bound to fail. Seriously? You pay through your nose to buy this premium phone and this is the explanation you get. The battery charging is extremely slow and battery doesn't last for greater than 12 hours. Please do not buy Samsung products

worst phone of the era request all of you no to buy Samsung phone z flip3 ever as they dont have value for customer , as screen getting damaged after few days and Samsung claiming that it wont be cover under warranty as they are asking money , they have the good business tactics firs sell the defective phone then ask the customer to pay for it .

Never buy a Samsung flip or fold phone, screen disintegrates on its own. If you buy this phone by mistake , make sure ACKO insurance is added. ACKO saved my life when screen disintegrated itself and Samsung service center refuses to acknowledge this fact and insisted that I damaged the phone, and asked if I sleep wirh my phone under my pillow. Can you imagine a phone screen getting damagwd and disintegrated because of the weight of a pillow. Ridiculous!!!!

Worst Battery of Flagship Phone 2.0 stars
This is having the worst Battery. It drains drastically. On Normal use of phone need to charge it 3 times in 24 hours.

Like - Everything Dislike - The battery life is not great but you already know that if you are buying this Superlike - You get 4 OS updates from Android 11 to 15, and 5 years if security updates.

Very poor quality product 1.0 stars
If someone planning to buy this mobile phone, please rethink on your decision. I bought this phone during the launch and in less than 5 months the phones touch screen stopped working and in matter of few hours the Screen completely got busted. The customer service team of samsung was pathetic and zero accountability, the service center will never take responsibility inspite of phone in warranty. Finally after 10 days the samsung team has come back saying this was due to impact damage and will not be covered in warranty. This is purely to do with the product quality. The phone is definitely not recommended for regular users

stopped working within 2 hours 1.0 stars
 Screen stopped working after 1 hour of opening the box, works after force restart but as soon as you lock it again or flip it it goes blank and starts flickering, tried everything, factory reset etc. customer care not useful at all, they are asking to go to service center during covid, and home pick up and drop is chargeable when there are such egregious manufacturing issues. Stay away from this phone and Samsung. After spending 80,000+ rs it will torture you, instead of making your life easier.

Worst phone of the century / Baddest phone ever Dont think to buy, before buy text me: ""tksamy6@gmail.com"" False advertisement Even Rs.5000 phone work much better. This is not a gorilla screen. Just a piece of paper {Even polythene cover has more strength as compared to this brand "brand" ""brand"" touch screen display(its not a typo error) } Screen got lining after 2 months of buy. When I spoke to Samsung service center, they said that, this is not under warrenty claim and paid to 30000 approx for repair. And hardest thought is : half screen disconnected ( folding only 200 times still now) One of the executive said, It has been pressed hard inside the pant pocket (bcoz no external damage) and they refused to repair under the warrenty claim Again, going to another service center, Now they said, LCD screen Internal damage and they were written in diagnose report like that, scratches in back side panel.Back side has glass coated as well as third window also available in the back panel so small scratch might be appeared for 2 months of use without cover. So they denied to repair under warrenty claim and they said to contact their customer care So i registered a complaint through mail but they said, our service center denied your request. And i again replied a detailed mail what was happened from start to end but they sent same copy /paste mail Now am seeking national consumer portal for this money laundering method(means buy our best smart phone with gorilla glass) My mail : tksamy6@gmail.com
