This phone is like any other top of the line smartphone that has come out recently except that it has this beautiful folding function, its unbelievable how the crease is hardly noticeable and because the screen materials, you won't even care is there. Internal functions are pretty much what you expect to get from a top Samsung phone so no complains there, except that the battery does need to be upgrade for a future model. The colors are just vibrant, inside and out. Overall, a very beautiful piece of tech 10/10

The phone itself has great build quality, super display and above average cameras. However fast charging and a bundled charger and earphone should have been given considering the price point. I am highly disappointed by the delivery service of Amazon. This phone released on 10th September and being a prime member I am supposed to get it by 25th September.

 I got the Flip 3 directly via samsung and upgraded from S20+ & I must say I’m impressed. I was skeptical regarding the durability of a folding phone, but really as soon as you hold it in your hands, you know the build quality is solid. Hinge is super solid (armour aluminium is stronger than 7000 series aluminium which apple uses) and even the crease on display isn’t noticeable at all (I feel more distracted by hole puch on smartphones to be honest). Pros: 1) Obviously the compact & unique form-factor turns head and surely people will want to start a conversation when u use it in public (I have many instances like that, from grocery shops to petrol pumps, etc). People still don’t even know such a tech exists, and they are shocked when seeing a guy folding a normal looking phone suddenly in half, I mean where you will get such a reaction. No phone in the market such a swag quotient for sure. 2) Display is superb and this time, it doesn’t even feel like plastic, it feels just like glass on normal smartphones! It’s super bright and 120hz too, and even bezels are symmetrical all around the phone (no awkwardly huge chin or something like that). 3) Speakers: dual speakers are super loud and I was surprised by that at first, especially as it’s such a slim & compact phone. 4) The outer display & flex mode brings additional functionality like selfies from main back camera, split screen multitasking is easy, etc. I can go on and on about such use-cases but I’ll keep it short, “Yes it is helpful and not just a gimmick”, trust me. 5) The design itself, it’s such a cute phone and especially the cream colour is favourite among females what I have seen. I have received a lot of compliments so far regarding my flip (I rock a clear case for the same reason)! Also it has some cool accessories which make this a fashion piece really, more than just a tech piece like official ring cases and strap cases in different colours (do check those out as well). 6) Processor: finally SD 888 & no exynos in India, period. 7) Pricing: like 1000USD flip 3 sells for the same price as 800USD i12 in India! And it frekin folds & not your regular phone, I mean it’s a steal price (especially after all the offers) for a new tech like this which no other brand is offering, definitely a lot cheaper than earlier iterations of this device, which is great! 8)Fingerprint sensor: I like the side mounted sensor more than the in-display ones as this is more accurate, reliable and even faster to unlock! Now let’s talk cons: 1) Battery life is not great, I get 4 hours of SOT on average, so for heavy users, you might have to charge even 3 times a day or just buy a mini power bank (like I have) as I never charge to 100% and never drain the battery fully (to conserve battery health), so for me, effective SOT come to just 3 hours. This is the biggest sacrifice you have to make to be able to enjoy this cool little phone. 2) Just 15W fast charging which takes almost 1.5 hours to fully charge, I mean come-on, atleast 25W would have been much nicer (moreover no charging adapter inside the box). 3) Cameras: Don’t get me wrong, they are great cameras, same ones found on my older device S20+, but we don’t have any telephoto lens for zooming in & obviously no huge sensor like S21 Ultra. So this thing can be improved. But for 99% of the people, they will be great as they are still flagship cameras (but if you want to buy just for the camera, go with S21 Ultra or i13 series). 4) Outer display should have been bigger, like razor phone, so we could use full blown apps there. 5) Some missing features: No Dex mode, no sd card slot, no s-pen support like (fold 3), 2nd sim is e-sim only no physical dual sim, no lavender and other colours launched in India. Overall, despite the negatives, I’ll still recommend this phone to the people who can afford it and who are into tech. Trust me guys,, Z Flip 3 will really bring the “fun factor” back in your smartphone usage as we all have been using glass slabs since a decade+ at this point and a new and innovative form factor like this really excites the techy inside me a lot!

Something out of line comparing the usual smartphones. This is one device in the past almost 10 years thatd make you feel a totally different experience than conventional bar designed phones, whether iPhones or Androids. Moreover this third generation flip 3 has some major updates which make it all the way better than the previous generations
