You cant ask for a better phone for such a low price.. No problem with the h/w or s/w; Both are amazing. I'm glad I waited long for the black version.

over heating and hanging

Positive:
1. Nice looking sleek phone
2. Nice display
3. No major call connectivity issues
4. Cool MIUI features
5. Battery back up is good.
6. Picture quality good.
7. Cool fingerprint sensor
Negatives:
1. Bad software failing GPS locking most of the time (irritates most if you are using for navigation). Reduced my star rating from 5 to 3 as the GPS is creating a major setback. Certainly a deal breaker.
2. Touch resolution is not so great. Tapping on small buttons (eg. close button) doesn't...

All guys complaining regarding overheating issues....understand that its cpu,gpu are 2nd or 3rd fastest ones among all phones n moreover its 7mm thick so thats normal if this much high powered device thats thin also heats on high usage....use back cover u wont notice heat

I could have give 5* rating.
The biggest draw-back is over-heating of the device.
Its get too hot very quickly.
This forced me to drop the rating to 4*.

Otherwise, it is a truely a flagship model.
Everything is superb. camera, touch, light-weight, looks, handy, performance.

Review after 8 months of use
Bad
1. Phone has a genuine heating problem.
2. Extremely slippery back
3. MIUI isn't that great.
4. Speaker sound is average
5. Display developed a strange patch.
6. In short its a chinese product.

Good
1. Looks good.
2. Ideal size
3. Display clarity is good.
4. Fast charge works
5. Battery life is decent
6. Call quality is as per expectations

Final verdict..avoid it

Poor Performance. Taking huge memory in idle state also.

Memory Management very weak
Stuck every time on unlocking the phone
Continuous restart automatcally on idle state also.

The best phone in this range. It's super light and best in this range. Remember this phone doesn't have expandable memory. iPhone also don't have it. And the advantage of that is, If you have expandable memory you end up dumping unnecessary stuff in your phone and eventually slowing it up. This non expandable feature will make you back up the data. Which is a good thing. Battery is good. Camera is excellent.
