Redmi K20 is good except heating issue when front camera is on and 1 star for flipkart as they are not accepting the mobiles for exchange even though they are in good condition. They should remove the exchange option.

Phone overheating when using camera for long time. And once it heats up it starts to shutter, videos drops frame. They didnt fix same issue in redmi note 7 pro yet. No hope in fixing this one in k20 too. K20 doesn't have DC dimming. Main camera is average at best in indoor lighting conditions, you should find it hard to click pictures of moving subjects like kids, it will end up blurry. The product is really good. The camera works really well. I liked the lighting with the pop-up camera.Cons: The fingerprint sensor is not working well with tempered glass.

Redmi K20 is really good Mobile. Awsome look and excellent camera quality. As of now performance is good , fast charging. But flipkart exchange policy is really a big fraud. That's why I mentioned 3 star. My old phone was off perfect as per the condition mentioned by flipkart during order. But delivery person didn't accepted that due to silly reason and delivery person was not polite at all.
