very bad quality of product. it's not at all water resistant. not splash proof. my phone got damaged in 5 days only due to a splash of water. at the same time I was using mi note 5 pro and it was absolutely fine. but k20 got damaged badly and Flipkart and xiaomi both couldn't help us. I had to pay 7k for replacing display. don't buy it. go for some other phone. you can buy better phone in this range.
