The battery of Xolo Q3000 became defective after 4 months of purchase. The Service Center says that they do not have the battery and would be replaced when they receive it. Customer Care is just a Call Center and says that me complaint has been forwarded. More than a month has passed and the battery has not been replaced. Dont know whether it will be replaced or not. Quite foolish in buying Xolo 3000 for such a high price when their service is VERY VERY VERY POOR. NEVER BUY XOLO PHONES.

Battery barely lasts a day

Using this phone for more than a year not even a single problem. One major issue in the phone is that it has only 1gb allocated for apps other than that its great

Advantages:
--> Maximum battery life in standby as well as talktime.
--> Best Display quality and design.
--> Very cheap price with high features.

Disadvantages:
--> Very large in size.
--> One hand operation mode is not helpful.
--> Needs two hands to operate..

2 yrs completed without problem, camera battery awesome.
only 1 gb application memory. you cant install more apps.
heating issue, cell heats a lot.

-Battery works for more 28 hours on continuous use, no other big screen phone provide such backup
-Performance is good slow than nexus 5 and LG G2, SONY z2 and sony z1
-Display is very clear and sharp
-Camera is very good in daylight, flash light is not so good as in grand 1 2
-Flipkart is best.

i am regular user of xolo product firstly i used q700 and given to my spouse after buying q 3000 it is some 1 year old i got network com-plaint after six month when i contacted xolo customer care they replaced handset within 1 week of time after that no issue with set.
My openion to xolo is in this handset i am facing space shortage for apps before buying i checked specification it is 16 gb internal for that sake only i buy q 3000 or other wise i am happy with q 700 in that no issue with spac...

if u r facing a problem of proximity sensor during call, then there is solution go to setting>Apps>running Apps>System UI force close this option then u will see the result.
