I am not happy i got damaged product with lots of problem in it screen

I am wondering DTEK App default app by BlackBerry Showing Status Poor and saying
1 You are not using a blackberry device
2 your device running version not designed for black berry
3 The integrity of the operating system is compromised.

You will love this product if You're fan of BlackBerry. Everything is great .

All the weakness of the keyone have been ironed out in this version of phone including the signal issue. Camera is on weaker side taking into consideration the price of phone, much better camera was expected but it aint that bad. The main thing is that ease of switching apps is fluid.

Using it for the last 1 and half months or so. Ordered it the night amazon opened the doors to the product and myself being a fan of blackberry, I love how it performs seamlessly to any prompt action the user gives. Battery efficiency is good and it's integrated shortcuts are super and being the only lineage to offer such a feature which no other smartphone posses.

If you are a blackberry fan then this is your phone. Stands you out from the crowd.beautiful design. Iphone X ko bhi piche chodta hai. And pople reaction by seeing this phone is worth the money. Camera is also decent not bad. Selfie camera is crap. Overall good business phone. Attaching some samples.

Absolutely fantastic build quality ever in BlackBerry. Keyboard is a charm and very sturdy, It's loaded with business pack features. The most important blackberry way of emails that match none other with Hub is back, and the contact list that displays the company name when you scroll and search contact its a wow withs it's come back Thanks a lot blackberry to keep up all the important stuff still that we always loved in blackberry.

The phone is very well balanced especially while typing can't have the keyboard enough. Love you blackberry wish I had the silver one waiting for a month for silver thinking it might come some day.

Very very disappointed with this product. Please don't buy it, its not worth it. It's been a month since am using this phone, the problem am facing is after using continuesly for 15/20mins it hangs and then restarts itself, even while writing this review it got restarted twice, very very frustrated, today while at bank was doing some work phone got hanged and restarted and all the work was gone had to restart it again, earlier I thought might be software issue so I factory reset it again but the problem remains the same . Please don't buy this phone at any cost, it's not worth it. all the faith I had in them died with this purchase.

Amazon/BlackBerry if you are listening then kindly resolve this problem as 42K is not a small amount for a defective piece of hardware and remaining silent is also unfair.
