Simply superb. Amazing battery life. Charged day before yesterday and still left with 33% battery.
The phone isnt meant for entertainment purpose so please dont compare it with iphones or samsung

This phone is outstanding for what it is. A price range of 30-35K would've made it more value for money.
Nevertheless, the look is really premium with no need for screenguards or back covers.
Camera is decent. Battery is phenomenal.
But, most, importantly, it's the interface with all the productivity tools. The keyboard shortcuts with the ability to open any app from anywhere is probably the most important of all.
Keyboard is convenient with typing tools equally great. The keyboard is also a cursor which makes it awesome!
Loving it and it's already putting doubts in minds of my friends who used to love a BB but fell out of love with it due to lack of app support and availability.
With it now being all Android but with a few BB apps on top, it's a lot better than any other Android phone out there, experience-wise.
With added security built-in, makes you feel quite safe.
The BB locker is quite useful too, especially when you can directly click secured photos from the camera itself.
All in all, priced slightly on the higher side but once you buy it, you'll forget how much you paid for it and will be all into the phone!

Big issue of heating while charging the phone

1. Perfect for the people who are not snobbish / show-offs....
2. Great Battery backup - Fast charging - Lasts more than 24 hours in extensive use scenario.... :)
3. Cameras (both front & rear) - serve the purpose and better than the all except for the top two (Pixel 2 & OnePlus 5/6)
4. Very intuitive / fast to learn UI even when switching over from BB OS / BB 10 after 11 years...
5. All the negativity around is rooted in the fear of the BB rather than anything else...
6. DTEK affect experienced and is the best thing to happen after BB 10 OS

Phone is looks awesome & unique product with great battery backup.Main impressive thing is stylish look so If someone wants unique features phone then go for blackberry key 2.

I bought this amazing phone one week ago,working excellent, keyboard is awesome. Battery life is good. Getting all message at one place. Camera is ok.

UPDATE 2:
Got a replacement. Even the new device has the same problems. These problems were there even in KEYone as described on CrackBerry forums. Pathetic.
I bought this phone on its day of release. It has many problems:
1. Calls will go on speakerphone without touching anything. If it goes into speakerphone mode, the speakerphone toggle will keep on showing speakerphone as inactive. So, to resolve this, whenever this happens, you will have to touch the speakerphone toggle twice to disable it.
2. Similar issue with mic. While on call, after sometime, randomly a sound will come and mic will go on mute.
I have requested Amazon for a replacement hoping that these problems are there only in my piece. However, you do not expect such issues in a 42k+ phone.

Pros:
1. Keyboard - very easy to type - suited for people who do a lot of typing on their phone.
2. Great battery life.
3. Premium build.
4. Keyboard shortcuts and convenience key.
5. Security
6. Good sound quality.

Cons:
1. Software feels sluggish sometimes. At this price point, Snapdragon 845 should have been provided.
2. Pathetic screen quality - very low brightness and erratic touch sensitivity.
3. Too many software flaws.
4. Fast charging is not as fast as some Samsung devices.
5. Pathetic camera quality.
6. Back panel has some flex. Not at all acceptable in a 42k+ phone.
7. It has 6GB ram but most of the time it shows 85% full. I am not sure why. I do not run many apps.

Fabulous mobile from blackberry really it is amazing from packing to mobile.Espicially the intelligent keyboard I love this battery life is almost 40 hours .the phone look and feel like really nice I am not noticed any issue to write negative review because this is blackberry .But camera lovers don't go for this

Awesome phone ,excellent performance nice keyboard and its as brand when u hold this phone at your hand feeling good and with new features and again blackberry always maintain tha status never compromise with quality ....love it
