OnePlus 8 pro - The Beast

One of the best premium phone in India
1.Even when i got the phone.I too faced the heating issue but after the software update from one plus,I am not facing any heat issues.
2.W.R.T to display.I havent faced any black bar issue or green tint issue and some people are posting they are facing display issue ..For that also no one is gonna use the phone in night mode with zero brightness at all.People are just portrait that this as an issue
3.w.r.t to the phone look..it will be look like a premium phone and that too glacial green colour was awesome
4.w.r.t to camera ,Rear camera was too good but front camera is not upto the expectation ,some blurry images when you capture image with low light but in outside ,camera is pretty decent but not best .Hope oneplus will release software update for this as well
5.Finally the UI experience,Oxygen OS will make you feel like you are using stock android phone with no ads or blot wares

best phone ever, excellent display and battery

Excellent device
My device manufacturing date is 07/2020
I brought orderd this device on 29th of July and received on 3rd August ( ordered to kerala)
There is no display issues present and the screen is just Amazing also the Dolby atmos sound, i really like this device a lot ♥️
edit : after playing with it for a week, im positive to recommend this device to anyone, the battery life is far far batter than my old oneplus 6, screen quality is excellent and the warp charge is a sweet add on, i played 2 hours of pubg, 1 hour google map watched full 2 hour movie and still 35% battery remains

⚠️THE WORST FLAGSHIP PHONE EVER!!!⚠️

The outer looks of the phone is just delightful, SD865 is just wow!!. Started seeing some black bars in lower dialer screen with default wallpaper and also in chrome browser. Front and rear camera really sucks. Camera seem to be ordinary as <15k budgeted phone. Battery is really utter waste thing with less usage it lasted for 4 hours. If someone is looking for great flagship. Never go for this. You will regret for the rest of your life. I was amazed by the youtube review videos about this phone. But it don't deserve to be a flagship phone. Most features are just a gmmick to attract customers. Green tint has not been fixed yet. Everyone who buys this. Please check it thoroughly by sliding brightness where you can see RGB tint. Am returning it for refund.
CAUTION: Never buy this. If your are looking for a great camera and battery. Numbers seem to be awesome. But they are not up to the mark. This is my honest review on this. Rest is upto you.

It makes you look slower

This is everything you can ask for in a flagship device. It's too speed to even use. You won't regret buying it. In my unit there were no display problems. You will love to watch movies in this display. On screen time goes 9-10 hours. Beast in performance. I won't say the best camera but definitely in competition with the best. And the main thing is ui. You will just love oxygen os even if you are iphone user.

Returning my oneplus 8 pro.

This phone has some serious display issues like green tint, black crush and image retention. I literally was fooled by oneplus. Spending 55k on smartphone is a pretty big deal, and oneplus's quality control sucked.
Utterly disappointed by this. Returning my Oneplus 8 pro.

Pros:
Very good built quality
Excellent camera
Beautiful display
120Hz refresh rate is awesome, if you come from 60Hz display
Cons:
A bit big dimension, if you are habituated with relatively small phone
Using with one hand would be difficult
Because of curved display, accidental touch happens

READ IT BEFORE BUYING!

Well, phone is beast and it's a only reason I don't wanna get rid of it.
I decided to keep my OnePlus 8 Pro 8/128GB as it is. I bought this phone from Amazon and having Black Bar and Pink/Purple Tint issues. Tbh these issues are so unidentical that if I wouldn't have known about these issues before so I wouldn't abled to claim the issues. This phone is super - awesome! I'm happy with that ????.
PS: I did refund my OnePlus 8. I was having Black Crush issue in it but since Pro variant came with the same problem I changed my mood to keep it as it is.
I think OnePlus knows about these issues since their very first sale and they ain't fool that they would keep selling their smartphones with diffective displays. It must be a software issue & would be solve via OTA.

Recommended for those who care less about the Camera.

Overall the phone is excellent and performs well. Te only thing which is disappointed me was the selfie camera. When you buy a phone which declares it self as a flagship killer, you expect a good package along with it. The back camera is OK but not that good as expected. But apart from the Camera section what you are purchasing is one of the finest phones in terms of performance, speed, storage and display.

Ease of use and finishing perfectly complements superb hardware and software. Just waiting in hope of a day when indian manufacturers will give a serious completetion to the quality and specs of this first in class kind of products.. willing to give 20% more if it's make in India... Will take time but that day will come for sure
