I got my order on 13 July. This mobile contain all the best specifications a phone could have. Display quality is definitely mind blowing. No black bar and tint issue with my phone.
But, The phone heats so much when i do charging and uses hotspot together. It automatically shuts off hotspot for safety as temperature reaches too high. But a premium phone should not have such issue and battery performance is not good as i am not using much but need to charge my phone twice a day.

Paying 55k for a phone with quality issues is just not worth.
Phone is just amazing but the display issues that come along make it worse.

Display issue is getting worst!!!

I purchased OnePlus 8 on 23rd July. Found black bar and green tint issue. So spoke to Amazon and got a replacement unit delivered today which is having burn in(image retention) issue. I was with OnePlus from 2014. But I am moving to different brand as QC is gotten worst and no fix.

Display issue even the device is manufactured on 7-2020

Received the one plus 8 pro on 01-08-2020 but today I found one display issue after installing display tester app and choose the white background and turned on invert colors and increased the brightness to 100% and it turned to black absolutely fine but when I decreased it slightly to 96% I observed green tint and black bar on the top you can observe these in darkness only and today when I went and asked customer service of one plus they said that it is software issue you will get it fixed in the next update so can they fool customers like that ??

Worst screen quality in one plus device ever the rumours are true

Hopeless mobile had been using OnePlus since last 4 year( used OnePlus 3, 5T and 6T before) but this one screen quality in dark mode is simply pathetic. Shows inaccurate colours, hole punch banding is clearly visible and video quality in dark mode is awful.

A Non Caliberated Beast !!!

I am writing this review with a broken heart after 13 days of use and as my last day of the device ! Tomorrow (30.06.2020) I am going to return back the device to Amazon. As many of us who is bought or looking to buy - I was also waited a long time since the launch of the device and I immediately purchased the Prdct on the frst sale itself - 15.06.2020 : Even, accepting the various negative reviews floated across Social Media based on Specifically Display !!!
Let me tell the Pros and Cons :
Pros : 1. Awsome Display - 120Hz - Qhd+ - HDR10+ etc etc
2. Better camera ever on a OnePlus
3. Charging is splendid
4. Speed and Oxygen OS
5. Overall Premium-ness
Cons : Display ! Display ! Display !
You could see my first Pros' itslef is display and Sole Con is also display. I am agreeing the device is overall good and looking very premium from every side. But, unfortunately need to tell this - OnePlus failed in crafting this display upto thier level ! On Day 1 itself there was Black bar on the top and also, Green Tint in minimal level ! I Just avoided it noticing, that everyone is having that ! But, later on those issues get started increasing day by day and in many occasions I just reduced the display settings to adjusted !!!
No Qhd & 120Hz always
No Vivid Pro
No MEMC enabling always
No DC Dimming ON....and like that !!
Why would we need to compromise, while we spend 55K on a phone ! So, as I am furious regarding all these issues and issues getting increased day by day, no more way of taking the risk to Warranty Period !
I am not making all the prospective buyers to a stage of defamation on the product, but as I have experienced all these - Thought, somebody who is willing to buy should understand and be aware of all these issues. Hope, OnePlus will not make this type of bad impression from me like previous users !
